ERO-O

ERO-O low pressure gluing system has been developed to work oncasemaker/flexo-folder-gluer machines. All ERO-O systems are equipped with contact distributor type GT-09.

ERO-O system includes the following standard features:

• 4-channel automatic function control panel. 8 channel with auto function is available as an upgrade
• Low-pressure, double-diaphragm glue pump, directly installed on the glue bucket
• Low-pressure flow regulator
• Digital proportional valve and complete air treatment group
• Complete device optionally equipped with check valve and low glue level alarm
• Encoder with support and pulley, laser photo-eye, glue filter, glue air hoses, pump support fitted with sliding device and stainless steel cover
• Pneumatic non-contact applicator type GT-09
• Glue bucket with 250 micron glue filter inside
• Driver box and software

The gluing system is tested at an air temperature of 20°C with 900 mPas glue viscosity.

Designed for flexo-folder-gluer machines, The GT-09 cold glue applicator works by direct contact with the corrugated board.

Made of stainless with aluminium alloy head, the complete station is resistant and light. Equipped with either 2/4 exit nozzles or 3 exit nozzles, this pneumatic applicator can be installed on the drive or operator side of the machine, and works top-down or bottom-up. A screw on the head allows glue flow adjustments.

ERO-O can be monitored from an iPad or a touch screen.

ERO control devices either can be installed directly to the machine or be mounted on the structure of the system.
