Color and Black & White Code Inspection System
ERO-OS simplified, low-pressure gluing system has been developed to work on high-speed casemaker/flexo-folder-gluer machines. | All barcode reader systems are monitored and driven with a 12” touch screen. A data analyzer, an encoder frequency divisor and a stroboscopic illuminator are installed inside an electrical cabinet. The color camera analyzer can be connected to colo¡r cameras only and the black & white analyzer must be connected to black & white cameras. Black & white and color camera system features:

Optional
As standard, all the ERO® camera and sensor inspection systems can stop the line or feeder after a number of faulty boxes previously set has been reached. Optionally, marker device, extractor and kicker keep the production line free from faulty product.
